New Mama!

I finally made it through the adoption process and adopted this cutie Lucas. He's a Dutch and going to be one year next week. He's a little skiddish but with some papaya treats and love he's warming up. Ahhh I love him, he's fun to watch and he nips at my feet some but with time I'm sure it will end. So much excitement!

Aww, look at that handsome boy! Lucas (what a great name, by the way) is adorable and already looks comfortable and happy in his new home. He seems like an inquisitive bun who has loads of personality. And, I just think black rabbits are sleek and lustrous. Your new boy is no exception!

My rabbit still tries to nip at my feet on occasion. Most of the time, it's because he is trying to grab my attention. Other times, it is just because he's being a brat! But, I know he isn't trying to hurt me and, now, I have grown to accept it and enjoy all of his little quirks. A quick, firm "no" is enough to stop him if he becomes too rambunctious. With time, I'm sure you will find what works for you and Lucas as well.
