Keeping rabbits away from wooden furniture?

they do seem to pick one piece of furniture they like! My coffee table is shot but they leave everything else in the living room alone lol. They don’t like things rearranged though so I’m worried with the new stuff, but I will have to try the spray thanks!

Keeping rabbits away from wooden furniture?

I just bought a new piece of furniture that I would like to put in the path that my rabbits like to walk through the house. It’s just one of those cheaper wood pieces but I’m wondering if anyone knows of anything safe for them that I could rub on there to keep them from wanting to chew it?

    Bedding PSA

These are all great ideas thank you!

    Bedding PSA

Yes! They dig everything out of it and throw it on the floor! Then proceed to pee on it. And it’s mostly my one female who isn’t spayed due to head tilt. I try to put the bedding in half of the tote and the hay in the other side. I’ve tried using a smaller container placed inside of the bigger...

    Bedding PSA

Hi, I just wanted to share my experience with bedding. I’ve always used aspen pine shavings and just recently switched to pine pellets and this. Is. A. Game. Changer! My rabbits are 5 and 6 years old and have their own room, and I have been battling their mess frustrated for years! I had it in...

    Recurring head tilt?

A little over a year ago my rabbit had head tilt. The vet couldn’t find anything wrong with her so they gave me some antibiotics and she made a full recovery within a couple weeks. I just figured it must have been an ear infection. Well now it’s starting again. Has anyone experienced this or...

    Head Tilt

Update... so not having the money to take her to the emergency vet and waiting the few days that I did, by the time I got her into the vet she was spending most of her time rolling and in like a trance. I ended up having to tuck her into a bed that I tucked in a cage so she couldn't move and...

    Head Tilt

My 4 year old female rabbit has developed head tilt. It's Friday of course but she is going to the vet first thing Monday but I'm already driving myself crazy thinking of all the terrible causes and outcomes. I first noticed last night when I fed her that she sort of looked at me strange, but...

Urgent! How do I know when my doe is in labour?

Mine were very swollen but I would maybe look up some pictures to see how swollen yours are compared to how they should normally be because they can have some problems with that. Since there's only one left you have to really make sure it's staying warm. Does it seem dehydrated? I rescued a wild...

Urgent! How do I know when my doe is in labour?

My female didn't feed her babies for the first couple days. After about 24 hours (which was probably too long for the babies since they were very week at that point) I started putting them one at a time underneath her to nurse. If you have to do this be very careful she doesn't jump away quick...

Urgent! How do I know when my doe is in labour?

I caught my girl in the middle of having them so I'm not sure how she was acting before, but I do know there will be blood if she's in labor. And that's normal. But you should give her a box. It will probably put her a little more at ease too and then she will have somewhere to put them...

    Mixed Breed Bunnies

There is like a quiz thing on here you can do that is somewhat helpful. I just spent a ton of time on Google looking at lists of breeds with pictures and descriptions. I'm still not totally sure though with my boy but my female is definitely mixed. Someone on here might know if you post a picture.

    Poop still a mystery

Yea sometimes I have myself convinced that the veggies make a difference, then sometimes I feel like they make no difference at all in the poop. I do feed them the pellets twice a day. Other than switching the brand of hay last week, and the pellets a few weeks ago, they've been on the same...

    Emergency fix on wood?!

Haha I was thinking the same thing, I really like the way it looks now better than before 😂 if only I knew he would be as pleased with it lol You mean build up coats of stain? That's what I was thinking I would have to do. I just don't know how to make it so it's not noticeable that one...
