    New bun in the family...

Welcome! It’s nice to see another Flemish parent! Would love to see pics. These are my babies… Sabrina is about 16 weeks and outside the pen. She’s the giant. Salem is 18 months and is the little guy inside his pen.

    New Bun, New Concerns

Thank you! She has more toys than my toddler nephews. Lol! I did get a type of water dish that clamps to the pen so I did something right. I didn’t think of hormones but that makes sense. Salem is fixed, yes. Which is probably why he’s so chill. He was fixed before I adopted him. And he just...

    New Bun, New Concerns

Hi all! I’m not sure where to post this so I thought I would start here. I’ve had my first little boy for about a year now. Salem is a cat in a bunny suit. Loves pets and snuggles on his terms but is the most loving, full of sass, teeny little bun ever. He’s a dwarf lion head and aside from...

Is a stuffed animal companion a good idea?

Salem has a stuffed narwhal I bought him from the pet store. It’s 3 times his size and he LOVES it! He’ll groom it and snuggle next to it. It’s gone a long way to easing his fears when I brought home his little sister, Sabrina. As long as he knows that’s his stuffie, he’s ok.

    Changing Rabbit Food

Can you switch the type of pellets within the same brand? I ran out as well and the only Oxbow type that 3 pet stores had was Garden Select instead of Adult Nutrition. My little guy has been without pellets for the weekend. He's had all the hay, water and greens though. I can't mix it with the...

    Bunny Tastes

Does anyone have any answers on the safe amount of parsley you can feed a bun? I read it was safe, bought a bunch and then someone else told me it was bad and they shouldn't eat it too often. I'm panicked now because he's been eating it as part of his mix of daily greens for about 4 days now...

Is oat flour safe for bunnies?

Can oat flour be used instead? I'm having trouble getting the oats ground to the right consistency. Also, I've heard you can sub in jarred baby food (apples, carrots etc...) instead of mashing the fruit. Has anyone else tried this? I know that the baby food my nephew eats had zero additives...

What breed of rabbit is this?

    Is adorable a recognized breed?!?!😘

    Looking for enrichment advice

Thanks for that! He actually loves his forage mat (store bought) but I always feel like everything he’s into has to do with food. Lol! I ration his pellets throughout the day to keep him occupied. He’ll inhale his greens and loves his hay but I don’t want an overweight bun. I tried the digging...

    Looking for enrichment advice

He has a tunnel and 2 little houses. The tunnel is hit or miss, the houses he loves to sleep in. He’s a climber (part mountain goat I think) and I’ve ordered a castle thingy for him and I’m waiting for it to arrive. But other than that he’s pretty much like “eh, no thanks”

    Looking for enrichment advice

Can anyone give advice for a bun who isn't a big toy lover? He eats plenty of hay but doesn't chew on toys, play with them or dig. I've bought a ton of toys and he's uninterested in all of them. He's a little over a year and fixed. He's a singlet so I do worry about him getting bored. He...
