    Bonding Troubles

To add onto this, I’ve been doing some reading. Since Toby is a free roam, I can’t really put their “habitats” next to each other like a lot of sights suggested. People said that switching litter boxes, toys, etc etc would help them recognize each other in a better way. People also suggested...

    Bonding Troubles

Alright thank you. As of right now, I put both of them in the bathtub to bond again. What I have noticed is that Toby instantly started to groom Zayka. Hoping that’s a good sign. As soon as that was done, she got on top of him and then they started chasing, biting each other, and pulling fur...

    Bonding Troubles

Hi there, I have been in the bonding process for a couple weeks now. I cannot bond them every since day as I have work now, but I try to make sure they can see eachother at least 4 times a week for 20-60 minutes. For the first two times, I tried stress bonding them inside a laundry basket...

    New rabbit tomorrow!

She has arrived! Her name is Ghost, but that may change. I hope Toby and Ghost can bond well together!

    Post your rabbits “model photos”

Some photos of the new girl Toby got along with. I hope they bond well! Her name is Ghost, but it may change depending on how well she gets along with Toby.

Ahh, the only good photo with good lighting. This was when I first got Toby.

    New rabbit tomorrow!

Ahhh!! I am so excited! After some time, everything has been set up. I will be leaving the house with one rabbit and (hopefully) returning with two!! I have set up a pen in the kitchen for the new rabbit. I will also buy a new litterbox, a new bowl, and some new toys for the rabbit. Even...

    Bonding a new rabbit!

Ah, thank you. I have been reading about bonding and whatnot. Most websites are saying female/male bonds are the easiest. Is it still possible that a male/male bond can still be successful? (Both males are already neutered)

    Bonding a new rabbit!

After about a couple of months, I have returned for some advice! 😗 Once I got my rabbit, Toby, neutered, the pandemic hit really hard. At this time, I didn't think of getting him a companion due to the stress of everything. Since everything is slowly calming down, I have decided to find him a...

    Small attitude change?? (I think???)

Ohhh, I get it. Usually, in the morning and nights, it tends to get quite cold, even with the heat. We have central AC and the vet is under my bed, so it doesn't get the warmest at times. Whenever it warms up during the middle fo the day, that is when he flops under my desk. Would the...

    Small attitude change?? (I think???)

Hi, so I have started to notice something. I got Toby in May, and for a while, he has been laying/flopping EVERYWHERE. He would superman/flop on my bed daily, lay on my office chair, lay in the middle of the carpet, BASICALLY EVERYWHERE! Starting around Mid July - Early September, Toby...

    Litter box trouble.

I don't have the measurements, but his paws are definitely bigger. I put it in recent, and he tried digging. After a minute of no success, he stopped and gave up! :D

    Litter box trouble.

Yea, kinda like that. I do newspaper, followed by a layer of bedding, and another layer of newspaper. I just got paper pellets for the litter box, as my petstore doesn't have wood pellets. I lined it with newspaper, followed by a layer of those pellets. Hay on top!

    Litter box trouble.

I have something similar to that. The only thing is, is that the tiles are a bit bigger. Will that still work?

    Litter box trouble.

Ah, I see what you did. I have a tray like that in my kitchen. If the digging doesn't stop with the different feeding schedules, I will do this! I don't know why he started doing it after he was neutered, but I think it is just the surge of hormones before he calms down soon.
