    Owen is home!

They're all so adorable! Here are a few more of him. A few are from before he came home. I know I'm spamming you guys with photos, but I can't help myself. I love him so much! Just watching him lay down and stretch and yawn kills me, he's so precious [emoji7][emoji7]

    Owen is home!

Bonnie and Natasha are adorable! I'm excited to see if his "mane" changes at all as he keeps growing :) He seems to be settling in well. He's doing all his business in the litter box and he's laying down and relaxed. Also curious about the cats and doesn't seem phased at all by them staring at...

    Owen is home!

Thanks! We don't really have any idea what he is, breed-wise. I assume there's some lionhead in there because he's got some longer tufts of fur between his ears and on his cheeks, but that's it really. We don't know his exact age either, he's around 3 months though, and he's pretty small...

    Owen is home!

So we got to bring our little boy home last night! We're super happy to have him here :) We're giving him his space and only going into his cage for water changes and to top up food right now. He's using his litter box though and he made the transition from a water bottle to a bowl no problem...

    Timothy/grass/clover hay bales

Thanks guys :) I found square bales of just Timothy and other grass hay - no clover or alfalfa - from a friend with horses :) I am in Canada though, so I'll definitely keep in mind the 50lb bag when I move, because I don't think it's as easy to get hay bales where I'm going. Owen comes home...

    Timothy/grass/clover hay bales

I know that the main type of hay we should be feeding is timothy, just curious if hay that's a mix of timothy, grass hay and clover hay would be alright? Hoping to be able to find a local source for hay bales instead of buying the insanely priced hay bags from the pet store! Any input would be...

    Hello!

Thanks guys. A roof for the cage is currently in the works :) I'll also see about rigging some stairs or talk to the other half and see if we could disassemble the dog crate for the time being to free up some room. On the floor and with the roof I definitely anticipate the cats jumping up on...

    Hello!

Thanks for the info! Unfortunately in our current house on the floor isn't an option. In May we'll be moving (after our college program has ended) and we'll be able to accommodate the room for the cage on the floor. I'll also need to make a cover for the top when it goes on the floor, as I'm...

    Hello!

Thanks a lot guys! We don't get to bring him home until the first week of December, but I'm a tad overly enthusiastic, so this happened today lol Still have to furnish it, but I'm super excited!

    Hello!

Thanks! He's such a little sweetheart, I really hope we get to bring him home.

    Hello!

Hi everyone! I'm glad to be here - I'm waiting to adopt a young bun and I'm here to lurk and read and learn in case we get approved and he gets to come home with us next month! I'm a vet tech student with a house full of pets, but this will be my first rabbit. I'm super excited though! I...
