Hello, This is a picture of my 3-week old dutch baby. Its ears (both ears) have these spots that seem to be full of something and the hole to the ear is very tight as you can see. I am just curious what you guys think and if anyone has seen this before. Thank you for any help!

They are in our rabbit barn which 10x12 feet insulated shed. It is about 70 degrees in there during the day. An additional question she is still bleeding a little and she delivered her last about 14 hours ago is this normal?
