Sounds like she really loves grass. Grass is just as good if not better for the teeth. The problem will be when it is too cold or the grass goes dormant in the Winter time.

I had a Himalayan dwarf a few years ago and she was a lot like you are describing also extremely intelligent. Julie isn't an Himalayan either but has some in her and is really hardy, very social and intelligent. Nothing wrong with pink eyes.

Julie has problems with calcium. Cilantro is low in calcium. Dandelion and Italian parsley are higher but are both diuretics so Julie can tolerate both in small amounts.
