Yes. My bonded pair are having a fit about it as they are never apart. My little guy is just upset he's cage bound while I've been cleaning house. He usually sleeps with my husband and I so he's upset he can't.

I'd say personality matters more than breed and your rescue can help with that. I'm a big fan of fuzzy lops. They aren't nearby as dense of coat as an angoras and are very affectionate

I've been asking the same question by self, and considering getting a second bunny during kindling season this spring. I always had single bunnies, but my Netherland seems depressed and destructive by herself. I keep my bunny in my office, and am worried about space and bonding.
