Thank you for all the information. At his age, I don't really want to do a lot of invasive testing like blood work and x-rays, so my next step will be to stop the Critical Care and see what happens.

I did a little Google search on mites and found an article that said you can treat mites with selamectin, which is the main ingredient in Revolution. You have to get it from a vet anyway, so you could ask the vet to be sure.

She is soooo cute! She looks like a very curious and happy bunny. You could try stopping the romaine lettuce and see if the runny poop goes away. It may be from stress though. I know one of my rabbits had that the first couple of days after we got him.
