That's a good idea to put the plastic under it and soak the carpet I will definitely be trying that...it's a decent sized area rug which in retail would cost around $150 which is why I was trying to salvage it cause they'd probably just pee on a new one as well. But if I can get the smell out...
I would remove the problem but there's other furniture on the carpet and I can't scratch the wood floors by having no carpet. And I have blocked off the area in front of the cages but that doesn't help me with the fact that the carpet smells right now still from previous accidents...that's what...
I used just the regular natures miracle, and I clean up the spots every time I see them but it's been their carpet under their cages for a year now. And yes they only pee in front of each other cages, perfect litter manners for the rest of the house. But no matter how much I clean the spots or...

Anyone else have this problem? I've used natures miracle, other carpet cleaners, white vinegar, nothing gets the smell of rabbit pee out of my carpets. I'm frustrated what should I do??
I do intend to bond them but I just got my younger girl spayed in November so I was giving her time to heal up in case a fight happened she wouldn't get severely injured
I would also beware of every toy she has being made of cardboard too /: that can also cause a blockage and be harmful towards her. Wood toys is something I find my buns like best! 🙂
I have two spayed female buns in the same room and they take turns having free roam time due to them not being bonded. One of them are super territorial of her cage, and pees outside of the other buns cage any chance she gets and it's getting really annoying and ruining the carpet!! She always...
Tell them that it'll stop him from smelling so strongly and stop him from spraying! It'll also calm down his other rabbit behaviors like chewing on inappropriate things. I'm sure they'd like that idea (: and that is cheap I paid $200 for my girls spay!!
Breeding any animal is a lot of work and there's a lot to know when it comes to owning rabbits...especially for a 4 year old I would suggest you just start with one rabbit and maybe teach the child to just clean out the bunny cage everyday..rabbits breed very quickly and there's already a huge...
Having the plastic solid piece over the wire should definitely help his feet for the future, weird that it just happened out of no where good luck keeping his feet safe!! (:
So the new bun has calmed down and seems to be more comfortable. So the only problem I'm left with is the marking hahah.
My spayed girl seems to be marking more than any of them!! But atleast they seem to all be civil for the time being atleast. Thanks for the advice everyone!!
