Yeah, sometimes rabbits like having a few spots to pee in. Let them have two litterboxes.

They could be avoiding being out in the open where you can easily pick them up, since you suddenly started doing it lots, and I'm sure it's not much fun for them. Can't really blame em! Ease up on it for a few days, let them start feeling confident that they can walk around undisturbed again...

Rabbits can be very picky with the spots they pee in. You can't change a determined bunny's mind! Sometimes we just have to give in and put a litterbox where THEY say it should go.

When I just had miyo, her litterbox habits were perfect! But then I got Rodney, and now both of them kinda leave poos here and there, even though theyrr both fixed. It's just a territorial thing I think.

Keep in mind bunnies that are not neutered will not have great litter habits as they reach puberty, they'll mark everywhere until they are fixed.

Yeah it's normal to worry. When miyo got spayed I was a total paranoid parrot for a week, rushing to meet her every need and always scrutinizing her scar for any tears. I think I annoyed her more than her cage confinement did!
