I would say yes. Probably the behaviour will change since it is the hormons (among other things) that play a role in what they do. However I was told that male ones are probably much "nicer" even when neutered. Unless you want to him to be a father at some point I see no reason not to do it.

I'm so sorry for your loss :(. Have you brought her to the vet? Maybe you could have asked for autopsy. Neuter complications can happen unforunatley. (From what I know it's not that common though, and most of the deaths occur due to a complication from the anesthesia and not the actual operation)

I would say that if he is a helthy bunny with a proper diet (hay, water and nothing else like fruits) then he "should" be okay. I would just call the local vet and ask them about it. It's not that easy to actually poison Rabbits however due to some "hidden" problems a Rabbit can have (that you...
