My bunny has been acting weird since hours. He seems really uncomfy and is switching positions. We thought it’s stasis first since his belly was really really soft and is still a bit. We massage him a lot and gave him Gas-Relief Drops.
He has been eating Oat Hay and usually gets Timothy. He also had some pellets this morning since the new food (we order from a farm) only arrived later.

He is either loafing or laying in a kinda croissant shape but without fully laying down.
The vets aren’t open and we can’t take him to a normal vet since that one misdiagnosed his mom (who sadly died from it).

Is there anything despite massage and gas relief that we can do. Is it even a stasis? The stomach isn’t hard at all.

His breathing is pretty fast as well and I can’t tell if he’s hunching.

Can anybody tell why he might has. We give him a lot of roam time each day. But he’s not running around much the whole day neither eating since a couple hours and we haven’t seen any poop either. Since we have 3 buns we can’t really tell tho..05846207-9985-4637-93BB-6155CDF12C96.jpeg

If you absolutely don't have a reliable rabbit vet you can take him to, I would start syringe feeding a rabbit feeding mix(Critical Care, or a pellet mush can work) every 4-6 hours so the digestive system doesn't shut down. You can look at the suggestions on this link as well.

+1, start syrenge feeding . And constantly monitor if whether he poops. If so: it is safe to continue syrenge feeding.
(at first i would go with 20ml)

Thank you! He’s fine. Turned from crouching in a corner to jumping around after syringe feeding him.

Thanks for the response. He’s fine now.

Great to hear! Be more catious/alert in the coming days about him. Check the poops, whether they are formed okay. Also monitor whether he is eating/drinking properly.
