bun not doing great.

So about a month ago I posted about my rabbit having an eye issue. Turns out it has become far more serious than that. She lost weight rapidly in less than a week. Poops are smaller & less frequent. Eating greens but not hay so I put a special rabbit safe "dry salad" in it so she kind of eats it a bit. Drinking water a bit less than normal.
She's now on a pain med, critter care 3 times a day for early gi stasis symptoms, and an IV of 150 ml twice a day. Plus another medication I can't pick up until Monday since they are closed on weekends. An x-ray showed a probable mass in her stomach area, the vet says it "could be nothing, could be something."
She's almost 6, and behaving relatively normally, but as we know, rabbit hide pain.

Has anyone experienced this type of situation before? Did your rabbit get any better, or did they unfortunately pass?

I would offer more greens - not just veggies and stuff created for human digestion, but also grass, weeds etc. since that has the same fiber the hay has.

There are some plants that rarely refuse, leaves from willows, apple trees or roses, narrowleaf plantain, common hogweed, parsnip etc., often enough grass is more liked than hay too. Introduce new stuff gradually, starting with a few leafs.

Normal diet is timothy hay, rabbit safe greens, veg, and the occasional fruit etc. Unfortunately she is not spayed, I still haven't found a vet who is confident enough to do a spay, but I am still looking. Discharge, red and irritated top inner lid. Thanks for the recs.

A mass is serious. Without knowing what the mass is(tumor, abscess, etc), it's kind of an unknown as to whether or not it's treatable, and if there is a possibility of recovery. Your vet would need to detemine the cause of the mass, and if it's operable, or if it's treatable with meds(eg. antibiotics).

If you're able to drive a distance to get to a rabbit vet, that would be my suggestion. So you can get your rabbit checked out by a knowledgeable rabbit vet.

Got the xrays to an x-ray specialist and the "mass" was nothing. But yesterday she got her blood drawn and found she has hepatic lipidosis but we don't know what that is a secondary symptom of. She has an appointment Wed a few hours away with more knowledgeable vets with better technology etc to help. The only concern is if she makes it to then. She's got warm fluids and opioids for now to keep her stable...

Not really. Her liver enzymes? were up a bit, and she had a small abscess that they only noticed because of the MRI. But he drained it, gave us antibiotics, and said it wasn't enough to cause her much problems. Teeth are fine no issues there.
So I asked if there's not any problems, why did she lose 3 pounds in one week, why are her poops abnormal (super small and dark), why did her temp drop to 90? He said maybe she lost weight because she didn't like the hay I feed her because "she was eating the hay there". (Fun fact I asked what hay they had it's the same I give her.) And he had nothing to say about her temp dropping into the 90's that it was fine.
Anyway, got some meds, and some pellets to help get her weight back up. I'm still keeping her warm etc. But overall I feel like I didn't really get a definitive answer since there are other issues he never addressed, and I kind of feel like he doesn't know what he's talking about??
