Baby rabbit with possible diarrhea

They are 5 weeks old and one has this poop on it's legs and in this bowl

My vet said to give them metronidazole till it stops hopefully he's right
 
Yes, if this kit isn't producing normal round fecal poop but is having ongoing diarrhea, this could be enterotoxemia, and metronidazole, but also cholestyramine to absorb the toxins from the pathogenic bacteria causing the diarrhea, are the two meds usually given. Also sub q fluids if the rabbit is dehydrated.

This is one of the recently weaned babies, yes? Besides being weaned, have any new foods been introduced into the diet or has the kit recently been given any other medications?

No new foods been introduced they are just on Timothy hay and alfalfa pellets and they have not been on any medication and I haven't seen that poop again and they all still eat and drink but before we got the medication one more got a little bit of a poopy butt also and before this their poops were light brown now they are dark brown hard ones
