So this is my 9 week old bunny, I went to the vet 4 days ago and talked to her how my bunny has tears since he arrived. She told me he didn’t have any conjuntivites and it is probably because of fur getting in his eye so yea but my bunny keeps having them and now i think it’s white. Help pls bc I don’t know wether I should really trust her word.

It does seem to look like there's some consistent watering happening, causing the fur to be like that. Sometimes it can be that something is caught under the eye, like a piece of hay or fur, and within the day or a couple hours, the rabbit will be able to sort it out and the watering will stop. Based on your post, it sounds like this has been going on for several days, so I would say an assessment would be good.

Watery eyes can be caused by a lot of things, including respiratory and dental. Here is a short list of some reasons (there are two pictures on the top that may be graphic to some, so you can quickly scroll to the bottom of the page so you don't see them long): Medirabbit - Runny Eyes
There's also some information thru HRS about chronic runny eyes in rabbits: HRS - Chronic Runny Eyes

At the end of the day, differential diagnosis is important, so working with a vet you trust, is experienced, and is willing to discuss more with you is important.

For now, it would be helpful if you gently dried some of the watering so the fur/skin does not become too irritated throughout the day. Try not to rub or irritate it more.

I can't really tell from the photos if there is white clouding on the cornea. But if there is then it's likely your rabbit has a corneal ulcer and needs to be put on the appropriate antibiotic eye drops. If it's just the discharge that looks white, that can be a sign of irritation/infection, which same thing, needs antibiotic eye drops.

Chronic runny eye could be from a dental problem, the eyelash is rubbing on the eye, a blocked tear duct, to name a few possibilities. If you aren't currently seeing an experienced rabbit vet, if at all possible I would suggest finding one, as it doesn't sound like your current vet may be all that experienced when it comes to rabbits. There's one listed on the first link, though not sure if it's current or anywhere near you. The second link may also have listings.

I'm not a vet, but it does look like an ulcerated cornea to me. Clouding could also be caused by a build up of dead white blood cells in the vitreous humor of the eye, which could mean some kind of underlying infection. Again, as @JBun said, antibiotics are necessary. Just my first glance SWAG. If possible, call around and find a rabbit-savvy vet.
