I will go pick some simethicone or fennel seeds up
Where in the UK are you located do you have tesco near you? Here's what you need, they sell in pharmacies as well

Infacol baby pain relief gas drops (simeticone)
https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/301892957
Or Gripe water (this is usually dill water for relieving gas)
https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/search?query=gripe water
You will find fennel and dill seeds there as well, Tesco brand is much cheaper but good.

Yes you can use teas with antibiotics, but honestly I don't know what antibiotics you got and why, he is clearly having problems with his digestion and not respiratory, you need to make him poo asap so he can start eating

And his urine is dark because he is not getting water so it is more concentrated, of course it can indicate urinary tract infection as well, but most likely when he will drink his urine will get back to normal.

They thought a uti because his pees got blood in it

I think since you are having such a hard time getting him to eat, and since the vet did not get a urine sample you need to take him back to the vet. They can show you how to syringe feed him. They also really need to take a urine sample to make sure that he has a uti.

Oh yeah he's eating it out the syringe now xx

Where in the UK are you? It sounds like your bunny needs to be hospitalised with a good rabbit vet so they can diagnose him properly and treat him.
Leicestershire but I have no money today x

I agree with @Diane R. It doesn’t seem like it’s going too well :(

If he gets to a vet tonight and they decide to keep him overnight, you won’t need to pay until tomorrow. That way you have enough time to find a way to get enough money for him.

I’m not sure if you have anyone in your family who you could ask - for example, if I needed a fair bit of money for Apollo and my mum didn’t have it, she’d ask my grandad (it hasn’t happened before but he’s always an option for us, as long as he gets paid back ofc). You could also try a charity such as PDSA, RSPCA or call around a few vets to see if they have any ways that they can help.

For instance, my vet gives free health checkups for new puppies, and they also will let you pay a few days later (we took Bailey in yesterday and because they were 5 minutes to closing, they asked us to pay on Monday).

He hates being touched and handled , I will take him but how can I get him to atleast eat a little bit? He will eat some veggies but won't let me give him anything by syringe will grunt and attack the syringe and me if I'm close enough to him

Maybe you just need to try harder. Don't expect a rabbit to come to you and ask if you could please feed me by syringe, you have to catch him and hold him tight and just do it. If you can't maybe ask your parents can help with that. You keep asking questions online maybe just put your phone away and interact with your rabbit instead, having both your hands available, hold him, pet him, massage his belly, train him to tolerate that you need to hold him, we can't do it for you here unfortunately. It's you have to do it yourself, try, try again, try harder. Here's 6 pages on this thread and you've got lots of advice what to do, how to do it, there's nothing new we can suggest, now just do it. Sorry I don't mean to sound rude, I fully understand you want some assistance, ask maybe your parents can help you hold him.
