According to the descriptrion it's organic food for human consumption, so if the root itself is ok for rabbits this product is as good as it can get.

Interesting though, my rabbits don't like the green parts of the plant, since I want to eridicate it from my pastures anyway I might bother to dig up some roots this year.

I've never personally fed burdock root as a treat, does anyone have experience with this food?

Yes, I like it sautéed in butter, but it can be prepared utilizing most basic cooking approaches (steam, bake, sauté, simmer, pickle, etc.). It's used extensively in Japanese cuisine ("gobo" in Japanese) and found often in sushi rolls and salads. I guess I'll have to get some today and let my two angels gnaw on it if they so desire!
