I've had baby rabbits that liked to sleep like that. And one of @Nancy McClelland (Larry) buns liked to(see his profile photo). It's probably the most chill a bun can get. If they sleep like that, it means they aren't worried about anything at all. Just most adult rabbits don't do it because it exposes them too much, being a prey animal.

My rex Alice lays on her back too. In the summer (and in the winter when we have a fire in our fireplace) I give her cool packs (the hard kind you put in your cooler) and she will lay on her back with her head on the cool pack. It is so cute, her little belly is all exposed. I swear I can see a smile on her face when she does it. She also wags her tail when it is treat time. She is so funny.
Yes, it is normal. You have a very happy content rabbit. :D
