Thank you so much, my camera is not great actually. Some of the hair looks more brown I dunno, it’s hard to explain.

This is Ruby when she was a baby, I think she was 5 weeks old or maybe 6, can’t remember.

Yes, thank you. Some parts look black but some look more brown. Lilac Magpie Harlequin thank you, it actually sounds lovely.

Looks like a magpie to me. Not sure which shade of magpie. Could be a black magpie with a lot of brindling making it look lighter. Could be a blue or lilac magpie. Could be a smoke pearl magpie as well; they look blue magpie on the face but on the body their darker markings are a warmer, creamier color instead of blue-gray.

Ruby says thank you. Btw she has got a really good character, she is shy but friendly. Likes to sleep a lot, but also plays a lot. She is kind, but bossy too.

Ruby looks like a blue sable magpie, but it's impossible to tell for sure without seeing the genetics!
