Retraining your rabbit to use the litter box?

Hi guys so i don’t know if you guys had this problem but my rabbit she is three years old, holland lop (not spayed because of medical reasons consulted by her vet)
recently i had a scare thinking she had gi statis because i saw her litter box dry and empty with nothing! I started freaking out, but turns out she has been peeing up on the top level as you can see her laying down

She pees on the blanket, i have washed it to take out the pee smell and sprayed down areas to make the pee smell gone, she’s been peeing everywhere except her litter box! Which i dont understand why because she was perfectly littered trained before and it just started happening for the past months. I put another litter box to prevent her from using it in the other corner in the left hand side, whenever i clean her litter box i also always keep some leftover poop and pee there for Her marking. I need Help!

I think if possible you should remove the blanket at the top because it might confuse her as rabbits usually like to pee on soft things like fleece or blanket, you should remove it and only put it back in once she has been retrained, I can also see a few steps with fleece coverings on them and I'd recommend removing those as well as she may be inclined to pee on that as well. Then leave her to it and see if she doesn't use the litter box then either, consider moving the litter box to the area where she pees as well. Hope all goes well! <3

What should I put as a replacement? It has nic grids underneath and i dont want her paws to hurt when she wants to sleep up there.

A thin sheet of wood could work. A stretch of rolled linoleum or vinyl flooring could also work except you'd have to do something to block the edges of the vinyl or bunny will likely chew on it. You could even try a snuggly fit piece of cardboard (attached with zip ties on the steps so it doesn't fall off).
