Vent disease?

Do you think this could be vent disease?? A few of my does have sort of pimple like things around their vent...What I see online it’s normally crusty but none of mine are crusty at all! Since I don’t know if dura pen is available at feed stores now I’d have to get durapen or pen g from the vet... I’ll also have to wait for these does to wean their current litters. Thank you in advance

It doesn't look like rabbit syphilis to me.
The only thing that I know of that causes those pustles is a staph skin infection.

How would I go about treating that?
I keep my rabbits in a very clean environment

Go to a rabbit vet, get a culture, treat with the right antibiotics as prescribed by the vet.

now that I’m looking closer I tried wiping it and it all went away so I think she doesn’t have anything it’s not actually pustules I think
