How much pellets and what type/brand?

The liquid simethicone can be put in her cheek area on the side of her mouth (not where her tongue is). She will swallow it if it is placed in the side cheek area. That way you don't need to feed her fruit which she really should not have if she is having tummy issues.

So every day this past week she's had unlimited hay, 1/4 cup of the selective pellets, and nothing else except for when you gave her fruit with the simethicone?

Someone said she can have fruit and oats mixed into her hay to make it yummier , since she wouldn't eat it .
She still keeps getting gas , and i don't suppose they can be on simethicone for long ( she gets it most days , sometimes for longer and sometimes even when shes not eating greens)
I'm not sure why , and am planning on calling my vet , tomorrow maybe
I understand your thought process with wanting to make the hay "yummier" for her but I will say that rabbits will eat hay regardless. Timothy hay should make up at least 80% of a buns overall diet. If she is not eating it, then there is a serious problem. Maybe you're feeding her too much of something else and she got hooked on that? I know occasionally my bun will snub her Timothy hay treats because she prefers a sweeter option which I give her from time to time. When she starts snubbing the stuff that is actually good for her, then I refuse to give her anything sweet. I need her to know that it is ONLY a rare treat :)
