Hi guys,
just wondering if this is normal or not. I'm currently trying to bond two neutered males (pop and kal) and it seems to be going really well. I never let them hump each others faces, but they are allowed to hump the right way round. so far there's been a lot of grooming and love from kal, and pop has given kal a few licks. A lot of humping from pop that kal has mostly put up with. sometimes kal moves away.
I've not really seen them fight, but they did have a spat which i broke up immediately. after a few mins of seperation, then putting them back together and stroking them, pop got given lots and lots of licks from kal.

After checking them over, kal is fine however I'm worried about his penis, because the tip of his penis is grey, has bits of hair stuck to it and is flat. the top also won't go inside.

hopefully the link will work as ive taken some photos.

please let me know if this is just some hair, if its something to worry about or not.

thanks

I'd try to clean it maybe with a soft cloth and warm water, from your photo it looks like there's something on it, hard to say what exactly

Ok. To me it looks like he make a prolapse. No big deal. What happened it it came out. Swelled. And stayed out too long and couldn’t get back in. Which caused the discoloring. I’ve had it in a duck and a dog. The best in manuca honey. However it’s costly and not usually easily accessible. So you want to use neosporin. The plain kind. And gently rub his private’s awhile. On the dog it didn’t take long because we caught it early. The duck was bad and took awhile. His was black. But he’s fine now. If you can’t stay there just gob it on and leave it go and keep checking

If simple cleaning with warm water won't work and it's still there I'd take him to vets

You can absolutely go to the vet. But I got my knowledge from my best friend who is a vet tech and came to help me do it
