Just to be fair to your vet, when rabbits are young it can actually be a bit difficult with some to tell which sex they are, believe it or not. And that it's not until the testicles drop that you can tell for certain. It's really not that unusual for young rabbits to be missexed.

My bunny was fixed about 7 days ago, she’s been eating since day one and her eating is only getting better and better since! drinking a lot of water, took her medication and loved it, was never really groggy or lethargic, it’s like nothing ever happened! but today i was checking her sutures and it looks a bit open on the bottom?? pls help.
 
Hi, have you scheduled follow up visit with the vet? As you suppose to get her checked a week or 10 days after the surgery, once you finish with all the medication you are given for pain etc. My girl was playing with her stitches and one was ripped but the vet said nothing to worry. However you need to make sure that it is healing well and that there is no infection.
