Lately I think Andy doesn't like me, when he's out of his cage playing he'll come to me
I'm not sure what he wants so I usually pet him, he then runs away and kicks his hind legs at me, (I've read that means he's annoyed)
He has also been making this clicking noise (not purring) randomly.
I had to trim his nails but that was a while ago. I like to bring him up to my room on the carpet (he loves binkying on the carpet) but he lives in the basement and my room is on the very top floor, he hates being picked up but I have no idea on how else to bring up to my room.
How can I build a stronger bond?

When I first adopted Stewart, he was terrified of me and would hide if I came near the cage and pen. After doing some research about rabbit behaviour and body language, I learned to just sit in the pen on my own, ignore the rabbits and just pretend to groom my face with my hands as rabbits do. The grooming tells the rabbits that I'm content and there's nothing to fear. It didn't take long before Zelda was bonking me with her nose asking for face rubs. Stewart still wasn't convinced, though he'd come up and sit beside Zelda while I groomed her. Now he comes up to me as well, and even seems to get jealous when I groom Zelda, pushing his way in between me and her. He even does this when I try to brush her. He tries to knock the brush out of my hand.

In general I let them come to me, and I make sure to respond if they ask to be groomed. I don't stick my hands into their cage or pen until they notice me and come to greet me first. I was fascinated to learn that rabbits can get insulted and will sulk if you do something they think is disrespectful or rude.

Here's one website about rabbit behaviour that I found particularly helpful:

Use a pet carrier to bring him to your room. Carrying him is dangerous because he could squirm and then fall.

How old is he? Is he neutered?

he is about 8 months, he is still intact, i'm going to get him neutered soon ( 2 more weeks and i'll have enough money then i'll schedule an appointment with the vet)

@BlackRabbits
i'll try that, I've heard people have done that before (pretending to groom yourself)

anymore tips would be greatly appreciated :)
