Is this fur color possible???

If the parents have the gene somewhere I wouldn't see why it couldn't pop up. Just like if you were to breed to black labs together there might be a chance that one or two may actually be a yellow lab.
 
if both parents carried the recessive genes for self (a) and non extension(e) then yes it is possible.

The rabbit cannot be broken in color is one of the parents werent though. A broken baby must have a broken parent. Can you post pictures of the parents? If you are sure neither parent is broken then the baby cannot be broken and only time will tell once the hair grows out more.

ok yep broken chestnut agouti and a black otter. So what I said before was true. As long as both carry the recessive genes then it is possible. Although that doesnt make it ideal lol If you are showing or planning on showing these babies watch out for a tort otter aka totter as these are non showable
