i have a 1.5 year old female rabbit and i think she had 3 seizures today and now she's making some noise after her 3rd seizure and each supposedly seizure lasted about 30-40 seconds and now my rabbit is running here and there like crazy so please help me.
do not suggest me a vet becuz i am from India Agra and vets here are all stupid AF so they might actually kill her and tomorrow i will take her to another city vet

There's not going to be a whole lot that you will be able to do right now besides making sure your bunny stays safe during the seizure, and then get her to a good rabbit vet as soon as you possibly can. If you think she might be having the seizures due to hot temperatures, then it's essential to get her into a cool environment and get her body temp cooled down safely.

As for a cause, there are many things that can cause sudden seizures in rabbits. Some possibilities are an infection, tumor, the parasite e. cuniculi, parasite from carnivores, head injury, toxins/lead poisoning, renal disease, heat stroke. Here is some medical information on the disease in these links.
