I have scissors for cat grooming with rounded tips and cut the fur with poop off.
Also if you have baby rabbits and their poo gets soft a lot of times it means they are eating too many greens or treats like carrots or even too many pellets and they need more hay.

Welcome to the world of having fluffy bunnies! This is very common, albeit not good. Sometimes it just can be too many greens. Try and get a warm cloth and rinse it off and you can trim the area to make it less prone to getting poo caught, but I would be very wary about using scissors down there! Good luck!
