What about washing stuck 'poo' off their bums ?
Or is this too traumatic ?
Most vets recommend the dry, powder shampoos or sprays. But what about difficult areas ?
Replies welcome. :)

If a rabbit has poo stuck to its bum, then it can have just its bum washed. Shallow container, lukewarm water, just bum end gets wet to loosen poo. Gently massage poo loose (may want to wear latex gloves).

But the source of the mushy poo needs to be ascertained and corrected. It isn't normal for a bunny to have mushy poo. It usually indicates an improper diet or stress.

Other than the exception for a poopy bum, a rabbit should never be bathed - not with anything. There should be no need to put powders or sprays on a rabbit. They clean themselves just fine provided their environment is kept clean.

A vet that would recommend "Most vets recommend the dry, powder shampoos or sprays." I doubt knows much about rabbits.
