I would clean it with normal saline or cooled brewed chamomile tea twice a day. How bad is it?
You can use biseptine or bétadine. Not sure if you can find those under the same name where you live but they are both safe. Of course, that's only if it is a small cut. If it's bad, you have to go to a vet.

Just a little scape nothing bad but it had a little blood on it and I didn't want it getting infected or anything. There's was a little sharp metal piece on the cage that he ran into so I have since fixed it so it don't happen again.
