Hi there,

Here in Australia is starting to get chilly and I was wondering how I can keep my little girl warm in winter... Is it something I need to worry about or do they stay warm because of their fur? She doesn't sleep in a cage she has free roam of my bedroom and bathroom so I'm not sure how to go about it. Does anyone know what temperature rabbits can start to become cold?

Thanks!

They handle cold much better then warm.
As long as youre not shocking them by keeping them warm and toasty in the house then suddenly putting them outside in snow, youll be good. Consistant temps and gradual changes are best.

Maybe just a soft blanket to cosy up in. I'm also in Australia and their blanket is the new favourite hang out for the cold mornings.

Indoors they'll be perfectly fine, offer a blanket for snuggling and if they get cold they'll use it. :)
