Tough to tell from the lighting in the photos, but with some darker spots like you mentioned, he could be a broken fawn tort (usually darking shading on the face and ears, given that he's still young, shading may be yet to develop). He could also be a broken fawn tricolour, though it would be unusual to see with so few dark spots (same shade fawn all over with spots distinct, not blending in to the fawn).
