I had a rabbit in the past who would do that when I was trying to bond her to a male. She would run away from him wagging her tail back and forth. Rabbit equivalent of us sticking out our tongue going "na-na nanana!" It's so cute isn't it??
Yes. It's usually when they get really excited about something or are feeling cheeky

Yes, she seems to do it just like you said, Jbun, when she's excited or feeling cheeky. She does it sometimes when we play, sometimes when john comes to see her, and I swear she does it when she knows she's being bad, or when she's playing her little tricks on us like pretending to run away when she really wants attention. It's so cute!
