going outside litterbox

Hello Everyone!

I adopted a Flemish giant from a shelter a couple months ago. She is a very good rabbit and usually uses her litter box. She insists of having two litter boxes in her cage though. Lately and randomly she will poop in her cage but outside the litter box and pee on her blankets and I have no idea why! Her cage and my room is not a new environment so I don't think this is her marking her territory (Trust me she's gone through that stage of pooping and peeing EVERYWHERE)

Why is she doing this? She only does this in her cage too

Has anything changed in her environment? Moved furniture, new items, new people, new pets, new smells? It can be something very simple that is a change for her. Does she sit and eat her food outside of her litter box?

The room hasn't really changed. I think the only difference could be I'm now opening the door in my room that let's fresh air in from outside.and yes she eats in and out of the litter box
