we got 2 unexpected bunnies.

Hello I am Kandy. My two children were given bunnies as gifts. SURPRISE. I had been looking for a therapy animal for my oldest son so his bunny thunder will work for that. I just wish we had been atleast asked if it was ok first. As it is we have a chinchilla, 3 kitties and 5 cats. BUSY BUSY but we are injoying the bunnys being here. Their names are thunder and storm. (storm is my little girls). I have no idea on breed or if they are just a mix breed. We will be building a 5 ft x 3 ft x 5 ft cage for them.

They are both darling and look to be mixes. You need to get them sexed if you're gonna house them together--remember, "they breed like rabbits", and can start at a fairly early age sometimes. Neutering is also a good thing if you're gonna house them together as it gets rid of hormone related (think teen) behaviors. Welcome to the forum.

In a home with lots of animals, you will really want to consider neutering, or you may end up with frenzied, stinky buns obsessed with marking their territory as thoroughly as possible! They are adorable.
