What is the temperature where you are today? Is it hot outside? Is she panting heavily, or is it just rapid breathing, can you hear any wheezing? Is she changing positions a lot like she is uncomfortable or staying in one position?
Did she hurt herself or eat any different plants while out on the walk, did anything scare her?

Is she lethargic? Will she get up when you come near her and touch her? Is she responding to you? Are her ears red and hot?
If your rabbit is lethargic and not responding to you appropriately, especially if she won't get up, you need to get her to a vet immediately.
