Hello, just wanting some advice. I have 2 does and 2 bucks atm. All sep. I have recently mated one couple and then separated them. Am I able to

And doe together who have mated? And when do I separate the pregnant doe from the buck?
 
No you should continue to keep them separate. The buck can impregnate the doe more than once (there's probably more technical terms but that's the best way I can think to describe it without looking it up again myself), which can lead to complications with with the pregnancy etc. Also, the doe will probably get moody and want to drive the buck away which could lead to fighting.
