I know that most treats marketed towards rabbits in store are unhealthy, is it the same for pigs to? I recently rescued a guinea pig and I am slowly learning as much as I can about them.

Thanks!

Indeed they are. Also, just like with bunnies, piggies shouldn't have dairy products, so anything with yogurt shouldn't be given as a treat. The only kind of treat I give my bunnies and piggies that you can buy in store is Nibble Rings by Vitakraft. The ingredients are more natural and not so awful. My critters really love them.

Congrats on rescuing the piggie! :)
