Just came home today and found a snake in my mama rabbits cage w one baby...Saved all the other bunnies...they are 12 days old..now Im wondering if I should move the mom and the rest of the litter inside or will it disrupt her and her nest??

move 'em out or snake proof the cage.

definitely move them inside if you can't snake-proof ASAP
one possibility is to get a roll of 1/4'' hardware cloth and use it to mesh the cage (you can use zipties to attach it)... pain in the ass, but that's what I did to convert a rabbit cage to a hamster cage.
