my male altered rabbit of three days is honking and circling me, he's very friendly

he's very friendly in general and loves pets and attention. I was told he was altered when I adopted him (not from a shelter from previous owner). He is 8 months old....maybe he's not I can't tell physically...don't know what to look for. I've noticed if I sit in his x pen cage he will sniff at my pants and gently nibble at them (without biting me or nipping) and will be oiking or even mount my feet. If my knees or legs are not out he won't mount but he'll still circle and honk/oink. He doesn't spray and his eyes don't bulge or act territorial towards my legs being extended he just acts....unaltered.:bunnybutt::bunnybutt:

If you find testicles, he's not neutered. It certainly sounds like he's unaltered.
