Hello from Greece!
In my country pet rabbits is something quite new. People started getting rabbits as pets the last 5 or 10 years. The only information we could get was from british or american forums and sites, and it's very difficult to find a savvy vet, even in Athens. Most vets have no idea about rabbits. But the last 3 years, one or two greek rabbit forums have been created so that Greeks at last can get informed about their furry friends in their own language. From these forums, and the experience of their members, i give you here a list of rabbit savvy vets all over Greece:

Hello Elli&Charlie,

I've created this account just to say: THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

You've just saved the life of a 2 months old lion bunny =)

I'm a brazilian in Athens and my older rabbit (2 years) died 6 days ago because of gases / GI, basically because I didn't know how to find a rabbit savvy vet =( Language is a big barrier if you're in a country where no one speaks your language and you speak no one's language either.. At least we have english, but language is still a big barrier

Yesterday I noticed my baby bunny had a runny nose and I had the idea to look in the internet to try to find a savvy vet, but I already had my mind set as "they won't have it, they eat bunnies here :(" fortunatelly I was wrong and I found your post

I went to Violeta Tsentidi

I called her, she speaks good english and she found out that my baby bunny has the feared "snuffles", as the runny is yellow and thick. Anyway the bunny is already taking antibiotics and will probably be good, if it weren't for this post this bunny wouldn't have any chance

So, once again:
THANK YOU! =)
