So I'm sure most people on here are aware of people dropping off rabbits in parks and feilds such as Minoru Park in Richmond, and the Kits and Jericho area in Vancouver.
And then of course there are always kids with BB or pellet guns who shoot them and kill or cause serious injury.
Another thing that's upsetting to me, is that when people set their rabbits loose without spaying or neutering, they multiply!
There aren't enough willing and loving homes for all those rabbits or room in shelters!
I was thinking that maybe there's something we can do to help prevent such incidents.
There is already a fine in place for dropping off rabbits in parks, but that doesn't seem to stop most people.
So I was thinking of a peaceful protest to create more awareness of the issue to people who don't own rabbits.
Does anyone have any ideas on how we can help solve this problem?
