Grooming same spot/over grooming?

Hi, I've been having daily bonding sessions with my rabbits for about 10 days now. During these sessions, I've noticed Nova really likes to groom Gizmo around the eye area, to where the skin around Gizmos eye is starting to look slightly red. While I love the grooming during bonding, I'm not sure what I can do to encourage her to groom somewhere other than the eye area? I worry if she continues grooming the same spot it's just going to get more raw, and we'll have a bigger problem on our hands. What do I do??
