My 3 year old Holland Lop has has a peculiar eye issue for the last year. He has been seen by a vet, but we got little closure or help. He was diagnosed with a corneal inclusion cyst. It has changed very little over the last year and it does not seem to be causing him any trouble. It is in both eyes.

Is your vet a rabbit specialist? I think I would want to take mine to a specialist vet for that, even if I had to drive out of town. I think that it is in both eyes might is unusual. There is a common protozoal parasite rabbits can get called e. cuniculi that can cause a white cloudy spot in the eyes. I think it could be that. Here is a link that discusses it. http://www.medirabbit.com/EN/Eye_diseases/Disorder/Cat/Cat_en.htm
In some regions where e.cuniculi is common, people treat over the counter with Panacur. But you may need to go to vet and ask about it.

Another thing it could possibly be is this.

What are they symptoms and treatment your bun has had? My sister's holland is allergic to all bedding and has a blocked tear duct. After antibiotics ad 3 different vets we only use a low dust cat litter in her litter box and a rubber stall mat on the bottom of her cage. As the seasons change her eyes will swell and weep, but I use terramyacin to reduce the inflamation. I know it is not snuffles because I have another rabbit and they play together and only the one has these symptoms.
