So Loki likes to be in the loaf position to sleep and Thor usually sleeps stretched out. Yesterday, Thor stretched out, then flop to her side. Is that a good thing?

Rabbits can be strange, especially when flopping and sleeping. Take a look at our avatar--that is Nikki sound asleep on her back, all four legs in the air and her mouth open. She used to sleep like that in her hay rack til she got too big. And, she's not our strangest.

Usually when they do a dead bunny flop they are very relaxed...so yes, a good thing.

Thumper will spend most of his time in the winter in a bunloaf. In the summer he spends more time laying about stretched out.

I think they tend to stretch out when the weather is warmer and sit in the bunny loaf position when it's cooler to help keep their body heat in, at least that's what I've noticed with my buns.
