Hi, today is day 4 of my surprise litter. The mother has been doing a great job on her littler and all have survived so far. My only concern is last night only one kit was fed. How long can a kit go without feeding ?

If only one nursed, the mom should still have enough milk left that you could try either placing her back with the babies to see if she will nurse them again, or you could try very carefully holding them to her belly to nurse. It has to be done carefully so they don't accidentally get kicked and injured.
