I know that they can't have very much broccoli. We just finished cooking dinner and have some broccoli bits left over...I've heard some ppl say broccoli stems/stalks are better then broccoli heads and that the heads could be dangers I've also heard either or it doesn't matter.:bunny16

are the broccoli cooked? I heard stems were best, I've given my female both, but always raw.

these would be raw... we could the tops but have the stems left over

Broccoli can cause gas so I give Jovi very small amounts raw. Maybe a 1 inch slice of stem (on the round) cut up in little pieces and a small flowerette or two like1/2 inch across flowerette.

I always serve it raw. and i only ever give the stalk or the little tiny leaves that are sometimes stuck to the stalk.
