Sadly but for the most part ALL animals are treated like livestock. Alot of the people barely make enough to survive. Puerto Rico is very very behind. You meet amazing people but some of there way of thinking and acting is very behind. It is an old world.

Litle bye little it changes, the major cities are become more forward thinking.

I think what scares me more is stuff like this happening in our own backyard.
I have 2 bunnies;1 female leo;1 female AFT & 1 dog, my husband and my daughter. I am not an expert but have LOTS of experience with head-tilt, aggressive bunnies and bonding bunnies.
