Skin around mouth - normal or something's wrong?

Hi everyone I apologize in advance for the not so great photos, it's hard to get a really clear photo of my little guy's mouth! He has a circle on his mouth.. I'm not sure if it's normal or if it could be some sort of dry skin? can bunnies get dry skin or something like it in this area?

Cant see what the skin is like from those photos. As long as its not dry and flakey or inflamed.
Rabbits generally have lighter fur around the mouth.
